After you photograph the shoes using our light box, the learning algorithm will compare them to thousands of data points collected from both genuine and counterfeit products. Our AI can then determine if the item is genuine or not, delivering a “Verified” or “Unidentified” result. The whole process can be completed in as little as 30 seconds.

With our technology, the entire process can be completed in as little as 30 seconds. In some cases, additional review may be necessary, but even then, you can expect to receive the final result within an hour

Can you authenticate used sneakers?

Although our current solution only guarantees accuracy for new products, we’re constantly working to train our algorithms to recognize patterns of wear and tear. While we expand the list of brands and styles we can authenticate, we’ll keep you updated on the latest advancements in our technology

What happens if Entrupy issues an incorrect result?

Entrupy Luxury Authentication has an accuracy rate of 99.1%, and we confidently stand by our results. But on the rare occasion that a fake is mistakenly labeled as authentic, we provide a 1-year financial guarantee for every Entrupy Certificate issued. If it’s fake, it’s on us, and you get your money back.
