Can I change my subscription?
Yes, the portal enables you to amend your Subscription. Once you have logged in to the portal click on to the Subscription you want to change. From there you can use the “Edit Subscription” menu option. This features is only enabled to change your subscription as of the end of your current billing period. How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry to see you go! The portal has the “Cancel Subscription” feature. Once you log in click through your subscription and then use the “Cancel Subscription” menu option
Can I download my invoices?
Yes, the portal stores invoice history and you can download pdf copies as of Invoice Date Dec 1, 2023
I can’t login to the portal. What is my username?
The username is the Primary email address for your Company. If you do not know the Primary email, or you do not have access to that email, you can email us at [email protected] and we can perform some research to help you get what you need
Can I order additional Devices from the portal?
No, currently the portal can only accommodate Subscriptions. If you need to order additional devices, contact us by sending a message on the in-app chat or by email at [email protected] and our team will help you to get the order entered
Can I reactivate my services that have been suspended?
You can use the portal to pay a past due invoice. To have services resumed please email [email protected] as soon as you have made your payment and they can get the services reinstated
I am an existing Luxury Customer and I want to add Sneakers. Can I do that on the portal?
No. To add Sneakers please fill out the Sneakers Order Form and we will get you all set up
