No. Each verified item will receive a Certificate of Authenticity at no additional charge.

I’m an individual seller, can I still sign up?
At this time, Entrupy’s solutions are only available to organizations meeting the following criteria:
1. You have a valid business license or certificate of incorporation
2. You have a working website (some exceptions apply) and/or verified social
media accounts

What is the difference between monthly and annual subscription plans?
Annual subscription plans with upfront payment for the year offer two main benefits. First, you have greater flexibility with how you use your allotment of authentications, as you immediately have access to the annual total. Secondly, there is a 10% discount for the annual subscription.
For example, an annual subscription at the Petit rate will be $1,499.00. You immediately have access to all 300 tokens for the year. These can be completed at your own pace. Perhaps you spread them evenly, using 25 tokens each month. Or perhaps you use the entire allotment in a single month.
If paying monthly, you would be charged $139 each month for the Petit plan, and at that level, you are issued 25 tokens per month. You cannot “roll over” unused tokens from month to month.
What if the result comes back as counterfeit – will I still be charged?
Entrupy does not classify items as counterfeit. Instead, they are either Authentic or Unidentified. Items receiving an Unidentified still count toward your allotment.
On rare occasions, the results may come back as “Not Supported” or “Invalid.” In these instances, the authentications will not count toward your total.
Am I able to change my subscription plan?
Entrupy comes with no contracts or commitments, and you can upgrade your plan as your business grows. You can change your plan by informing us at least 7 days prior to the subscription renewal date, however there is no refund for any unused submissions.
Some exceptions apply, and customer plan change policies can be found in our Terms of Service.
What things aren’t supported?
We support current and past styles of handbags and small accessories from the top 22 bags & leather goods brands.
